TIMOTHY M. CROWLEY, M.D.
Timothy Crowley received his Doctorate of Medicine, with honors, from Indiana University School of Medicine, having been elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Scholastic Fraternity for Medicine. He completed his residency in ophthalmology at Northwestern University Medical Center in Chicago in 1983. A native of Evansville, he returned home, beginning practice in July of 1983.
Dr. Crowley is Board Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. He is a Diplomat of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and is a member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons and the Indiana Academy of Ophthalmology. Dr. Crowley is also a member of the Indiana State Medical Society and the Vanderburgh County Medical Society.
Currently Dr. Crowley serves as medical director for the Evansville Surgery Center and former member of the board of directors.
Since 1996, Dr. Crowley has earned a place as one of the Best Doctors in America. (Best Doctors conducts an exhaustive, peer-reviewed survey of the medical profession, polling more than 35,000 doctors across the country. The millions of individual data points collected through this process, after being compiled through algorithms that correct for statistical bias, yields the list of those physicians deemed "best" by their peers. CHRISTOPHER W. BRACKETT, O.D.
Christopher W. Brackett received his Doctor of Optometry Degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis in 2003. He is a graduate of Indiana University. Dr. Bracket is Board Certified by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry. He has provided patient care at Advanced Vision Associates since July 2005 as an Independent Contractor.
JON C. PERKINS, M.D.
Dr. Perkins is Board Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. He is a Diplomat of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
Dr. Perkins is a graduate of Indiana University School of Medicine and completed his Residency from Indiana University School of Medicine in 1977.
